Default Nextel Dealers--are you getting paid from Nextel?

My husband and I are subdealers for Nextel and the master dealer is telling us that the commissions are completely screwed up from Nextel. Nextel is currently tell him that he/we owe thousands more than we have even been paid. This has been going on for months. I'm trying to find out if this is actually happening and if anyone has news about if commissions are going to be straightened out anytime soon.

You could be getting hit with chargebacks, but your master agent should be giving you access to the commission reports details.... I know I would want to see it if I were in your situation.

We thought of chargebacks but the chargeback amount would have to be huge. Our chargeback quantity has always been super low partially because we bend over backwards to make the customers happy.

Master Dealer says Nextel's commission reports are just screwed up in general and that he has not been paid in several months. He says it is like this for all Nextel Dealers right now...commission reports not correct and not getting paid on time. Are you guys experiencing any of this?

What would the secondary contract be for?

...probably meaning a contract for the equipment, so that if the customer cancels, you can bill them for the equipment (to an extent) to recoup some of your losses from the commission charge backs...
