| The best way to get your foot in the door is to skip the website and go out and hunt down the hiring managers and let them know who you are and what you want. Your resume no matter how impressive is not half as effect as taking the time to get out from in front of the computer and visiting the people you want to work for.

| As far as the engineering/operations side of wireless goes, a lot of the jobs are word of mouth. Who you know is a big deal in wireless for technician, engineering jobs as well. I myself work in wireless, and when I talk to "colleagues" in my company or from other companies they almost always know or have met someone I have worked with in the past. People move around so much in the field they get to know a lot of people. www.telecomcareers.net |

| Isn't there a slump in hiring in engineering/technical side due to outsourcing & mergers etc?
