customer (Beginning as prepaid counts too!), I'm very pleased to read this.

Power Without criticising the customer service of other providers, I think most would agree (even if they are not a customer of TM) that TM does have a reputation for pretty good CS. They are definitely better than the two other CS groups I deal with occasionally (Verizon
DSL and DirecTV).
I know TM has shortfalls (coverage being the big one but maybe now they are addressing that one) but CS is VERY important in all industries. TM has focused on an item they can use for differentiation, similar to the PCC coverage checker.
