Qwest just cracks me up. Anyway, everyone involved expected Qwest to do something of this sort. So let the good times roll I guess.

This is going to heat up competition (Qwest = )
Look at what has happen to Verizon Wireless since Cingular has bought out ATT Wireless. Lower family share plans and IN-Network text plans. That is due to competition getting hotter not colder.
