Qualcomm and PEIKER acustic Sign CDMA2000 and WCDMA Telematics Module License Agreement

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM - News), a leading developer and innovator of advanced wireless technologies and data solutions, and PEIKER acustic GMBH & Co. KG (PEIKER), a leading supplier in the automotive and mobile communications sectors, today announced that they have entered into a CDMA2000® and WCDMA telematics module license agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm has granted PEIKER a worldwide license to develop, manufacture and sell CDMA2000 and WCDMA telematics modules. Royalties paid by PEIKER are at Qualcomm's standard worldwide rates.
