Effective today all shareplans get a bonus 100 minutes for new existing customers (new csa required) for the life of the plan.

Ok....can we safely say that this is just the beginning of a minutes-war between the top 3 carriers? Is this a sign that Verizon is starting to worry about their strength?

Good way to sell add on lines. If you won't match the 9.99 additional lines, then throw 100 minutes in.

It's a "let's shush up the sextel talk" move. Not that I mind, I just got 100 minutes more for free.

I hope it is the beginning of a price/plan war, I was hoping it would be sooner, but guess the carriers want to wait till after the holidays for that part, and being this is the last week till Xmas i guess it would be a good time to start the war. I will sit back & wait to see if anything good is offered, since i don't need to migrate yet.

It's interesting that it's an unadvertised promotion... maybe VZW is trying to keep in on the down low.

IMO, 500 shared minutes, unlimited N&W, and IN for $59.99 doesn't sound to shabby to me.

Sextel? LOL! That sounds like a 1-900 phone service for those who are awake late at night.

Remember it is bonus minutes and very few new plans are offering bonus minutes these days. So if you change your plan in the future it probably won't have 100 bonus minutes so your contract would have to be extended one year when it changes.

Didn't you know when you call Nextel customer service between 1-4 am you have the option for paid rep by the minute that does sexy wireless phones calls
