SunCom Wireless to sell 69 wireless towers

Nov 13 (Reuters) - SunCom Wireless Holdings Inc. <TPC.N> on Monday said it agreed to sell 69 wireless communication towers in its U.S. markets to a subsidiary of SBA Communications Corp. <SBAC.O> for $18 million.

After the closing of the deal, SunCom will lease the towers back under 10-year site lease agreements.

The deal will also have four five-year lease renewal options, SunCom said in a statement

I though over a year ago they sold all their towers to a tower rental company.

Guess I wrong on that one.
