Sprint announced a two-year agreement with HSN to be the exclusive telecommunications provider for selling postpaid wireless and local and long distance services on the shopping network. The agreement will allow Sprint to showcase its suite of products and services through on-air appearances, hosted presentations and other marketing opportunities, as well as provide exclusive rebates and offers to HSN viewers. “HSN is truly a pioneer in the electronic retailing industry and our new relationship provides a valuable and unique sales channel, allowing Sprint to reach more than 80 million households nationwide each day,” said Tim Kelly, vice president of marketing for Sprint Consumer Services. Financial terms of the agreement were not released. HSN to sell Sprint wireless services |
