Default HSN to sell Sprint wireless services

Sprint announced a two-year agreement with HSN to be the exclusive telecommunications provider for selling postpaid wireless and local and long distance services on the shopping network. The agreement will allow Sprint to showcase its suite of products and services through on-air appearances, hosted presentations and other marketing opportunities, as well as provide exclusive rebates and offers to HSN viewers.

“HSN is truly a pioneer in the electronic retailing industry and our new relationship provides a valuable and unique sales channel, allowing Sprint to reach more than 80 million households nationwide each day,” said Tim Kelly, vice president of marketing for Sprint Consumer Services.

Financial terms of the agreement were not released.

That's weird, because they have been selling T-Mobile and Tracfone on HSN, will they no longer do so?

that's strange...
Anyway, I hope this helps their image and not hurt it.
I guess they would be selling free phones??
Maybe 1 cent phones??
