American Celluar was the Dobson/AT&T partnership (doing business as CellularOne, controlled by Dobson) that had many licenses in Kentucky and elsewhere; now those markets are 100% owned by Dobson. http://finance.lycos.com/home/news/s...story=35331774 I've said again and again that AT&T and Cingular will likely shift customers away from the Small Kentucky Mom and Pops and onto Dobson (AT&T already has long-term roaming agreements with Dobson) -- giving the Mom and Pops a reason to align with VZW and go CDMA. -SC
