Is that plan a retention plan? I wish Sprint would offer better plans to new customers.

Yes that is a retention plan but he was lucky to get all of that. I don't think they would be willing to give that out anymore.

That's the problem with Sprint. They don't give good rates unless you threaten to leave them and then it is completely random. It would seem smarter to offer the best rates that you reasonably could in order to attract new customers.

I think they're $30/month plan with unlimited Vision for $10 extra (after 3 months) is a pretty decent plan. That's what I have and it's all I really need.

They should at least have a low amount of minutes plan, like AT&T's starter plan and Cingular's Starter Plan. Then more customers would buy from them because they offered an amount of minutes that is suitable for them. Example: A teen that didn't want to spend too much money on their cell phone bills. |

I think there $30 a month Free & Clear plan is inexpensive and a good deal for more low volume users.

$5 unlimited spcs to spcs is a huge payoff for customers that even know just a few close friend or family members with spcs. my ex girlfriend and 3 of her close friends have sprint and they rack up about 1000 minutes each PCS 2 PCS- all for 5 beans a month. think of parents and a child away at school, family across the country etc etc |
