    Good job T-Mobile! I don't use them, but obviously enough people in random polls consistently rake them with high marks in CC.

    I know people "nay-say" these reports if they don't portray their carrier of choice in a good light, but 3 times says something to me!!

    We had a meeting where we discussed our competition. T-Mobile stood out with our peers as having above normal quality in CC issues.

    We are going to be national too someday. I hope we get recognized like this too. We are eagerly looking for ways to ensure this.

    But seriously, what took JD Power so long this time? It's been over 6 months since they last put out their monthly "T-Mobileicon glorification report."
