Still this won't prevent you from being charged for unwanted incoming SMS. You still have to pay for them. As far as the network is concerned, the SMS is still delivered to your phone and only after that happens the software can stop the delivery notification and automatically delete the junk SMS. The network has no clue of this and much less the carrier's billing system.
