Hello to all expert out there. If any of you would be so kind explain the following term to me: MIDlet and MIDP. What are they? And can Nokia S40 (series) support that? |

I can't answer the Nokia question, but a MIDlet is a special version of an applet (program), written in Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME). By using a standard set of API's a MIDlet can run on different devices. This standard is known as the MIDP, and MIDlets are sometimes called MIDP applications. MIDP stands for Mobile Information Device Profile.
