I found this one today under construction. It's located near the intersection of Second St. and River Road on the border of Corona and Norco. This should be a great addition.

Judging by how tall the site is it's supposed to boost reception mostly, correct?

The only carriers I see putting up new sites around here are Cingular & Sprint mostly. Once in a while I'll see a new Nextel or Verizon tower but not very often.
