Default what else can i do? (need ideas)

a while ago i wrote about me having problems with my WAP service. i have cingular, and i have used the internet all the time. as soon as i changed my monthly plan (about 2 weeks ago) i could not log in anymore to the mobile web. i do not use GPRS, i use the "dial up" WAP that only charges me the minutes i use, not the Kb's.

anyway, i have spoken to 4 reps already, and none has been able to fix my problem. they all say they take out the mobile web feature and put it back in, and that it should fix my problem, but it does not.

this morning i spoke to "jane", and she was very nice, she seemed really honest and wanted to fix my problem. she told me that she fixed some bugs in there, and that for some reason it was taking forever for the feature to go through the system. she told me to give it about an hour and it should be fine. of course, it is not, and i cant log in...

what else can i do? who else could i talk to? do any of you have the same problem with WAP (not GPRS)?

If "Jane" changed something or "fixed" soething on your account, you will have to call back. As there may be a good chance "Jane" messed up your account further.
