|  calling someone straight to their voicemail
is there a way to call someone's voicemail, like if you didn't want to talk to them and you just want to leave a message? i really need to know, i need to leave someone an important message but i can't because they would pick up. |

If you're not on the same carrier and if their voicemail system has a backdoor number (not many do anymore) you can call that number to access the voicemail system, then you can enter their phone number to leave a message in their box. If one exists, you can only get the voicemail backdoor number from their carrier, however.

if they are alltel, theres is a backdoor number

It definitely works, I've used it myself. The only restriction is that you can't use it to call someone with a pre-paid cell phone.
