| I was trying to call someone right now and it said it was redialing after a few seconds, it says : service not avaliable. says current digital service not avaiable. I am in my home calling area. Whats wrong with the service? My first time ever experience this with sprintpcs[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Does anyone has this problem right now? Plz Help me! |

Every once in a while a tower will go down and this will happen. There's nothing you can really do but call customer service and file a trouble ticket and then just bear with it until it gets fixed. The good news is that it usually will get fixed within 8 hours.

| Larry, I did call customer service, and then transfer me to a tech. He told me that if could be my phone. He did a test run and did the same. He told me if could be my phone but I knew it can't be true. But after a half an an hour it was good to go I got service. NO More digital service not avaiable even though I had full signal at the time it was messing up. Why does this happen? Is it because of over crowding cell cites in my area? Plz give me more info thanks. |

Yes it could be caused by overcrowding of the network but more likely it was just a technical problem with the tower or the tower was undergoing maintenance.

| Larry, have u experience with sprintpcs before? I think more likely it was the tower was in maintence. the technician told me that it could be my phone but I know he could been wrong. |
