Default Locked GSM...?
Okae, I knew that cellular GSM phones were always locked to their company. So, while knowing that I decided to try and do a sim card switch between cingular gsm and at&t gsm. I switched my at&t sim to my dad's cingular phone (v60 - gsm) and it said locked or something, and it has a space to enter a code. if i have the right code will i surpass that and be able to use the phone? I greatly appreciate any help.

Yes, if you have the code you can unlock the phone. But you have to get the code from Cingular.
