Any new GSM phones (California) for Cingular coming out soon?

They just rolled out two new Siemens phones (a56 & c56) which are pretty cool little phones. The next phone on the horizon is the Nokia 3590 camera phone. Motorola has some really neat stuff but that won't be till q4. I haven't really seen anything from SonyEricsson but I'm sure they're hard at work.

I have a T720 from cingular and am extremely unhappy. What do you think I should wait to buy next?

I just got my hands on a t720 this weekend and have been extremely happy. I like it better than my t68i because the software is quicker and the display is awesome. What's not to like on the t720 other than the price?

Out of curiosity, what software version is your phone running?

The software is ..... t720_6_05.06.18R. No problems and I'm extremely happy w/this phone. What problems are you having?

The 3590 is not a camera phone! Hehe, just to let you know.

Yes, you are right the 3590 is not a camera phone. What I meant was the 3690...typo???? Its kind of a big phone though and I think the round dial is going to be a little tough for sending text messages.

The camera phone with round dial u were talking about is the 3650. The round dial is annoying as hell especially if you try to dial a number without looking at the keypad (e.g. while driving, though not recommended). Sony Ericsson should have the P800 out pretty soon in the US (if not already available). Don't know exactly when. It'll be more expensive than 3650 probably but it's got a bigger screen (a touch screen actually, works like a PDA when used with a stylus), more features and a newer operating system on the phone.

Hopefully Cingular will carry the SonyEricsson T610 or T616. They look like they're going to be awesome phones. That's my next phone whether or not Cingular carries them.
