Sprint/Nextel cell site in Laguna Niguel completed

The shared cell site between Sprint & Nextel at the intersection of Crown Valley & Moulton Pkwy. (Crown Valley Animal Hospital) is now complete and on the air. This site is so well disguised I could not see any sign of panels on the roof of the building. They must be hidden behind fiberglass or something. Here's a pic of the equipment cabinet area. This project made news late last year when it went before the Laguna Niguel City Council after it was approved by the planning commission and then appealed by NIMBY's. Turned out that Council ruled in favor of the carriers this time.

w00h00000 that's the site i did for Nextel!!! i drove by it the other week and took some pics of the in proress stuff glad to see it done finally. You dont know the ordeal we had to go through to get this dam site built...from illegal stuff the landlord did which had to be corrected/to a homeowner complaining about his viewshed being obstructed to an access issue due to the Shell station being right next to lot line.

They did one hell of a job disguising this one. I couldn't even tell where the antennas were hidden.
