I'm on the national network plan ($35 per month, 500 minutes). I've just recently moved (around xmas). My last 2 bills were high. (over $100). I haven't yet recieved the bills, since I have changed addresses. I've tried to log on online to review the bills but my service was disconnected. I called in to make a payment (with check) but the person copied down the wrong acct #. I've called accts recievable and they say that I cannot pay by check or credit card, and that I have to go to a Western union. I've only had service since August 2002. I don't have time to go to western union since i work all of the time. Customer service has been rude. Any suggestions?
