Comparing the coverage maps from the web sites it looks like Sprint has a larger area covered around Sierra Vista to Tucson.

I have a question though, do you travel outside of Sierra Vista and if so where???? If you do roaming might be an issue, then I would have to suggest Alltel or maybe even Verizon (as much as I hate Verizon) Alltel seems to have way better plans then Verizon. Please let us know what roads you travel on so I can get a better idea who might work better for you.

i live in tempe, and i have had service with sprint and i am currently with t-mobile. my experience has been that sprint's signal fades to zero inside buildings while t-mobile's signal stays strong. that is why i switched after 2 yrs w/ sprint. when i was in my kitchen or bedroom, my sprint phone went into roaming mode! my t-mobile phone always has full signal strength wherever i go. besides, gsm (t-mobile) trumps cdma (sprint), gsm has been digital since the 80's while cdma made its debut in the 90's. gsm is the worldwide standard and if you have a tri-band phone you can use it just about anywhere in the world. with cdma, you are limited to north america.
