subsidy password/code

Hello everyone!Does anybody here know's the subsidy code/password for nextel? I have a I90c that need's to be unlock.thanks in advance.

First, usually the unlock codes are different for each phone (not just model, but every individual phone sold).

Second, why do you need to unlock a Nextel phone? Nextel is the only iDEN provider in the world as far as I know. It wouldn't work with any other carrier.

Well! It's a long story,to make the story short.I have a friend who tried to put a cingular sim card on it and it ask him a password ,8 digits.i guess he tried to use what he thinks he know's 3 times and locked on him,so!! when i put my nextel sim card back on it's telling me that it's lock (subsidy lock)now i can't sell it since it's locked.

You could call Nextel. There really isn't a lot of information on iDEN phones out there.

You can't use Nextel phones for anything except Nextel in this country. Even though it takes a SIM card, it isn't a GSM phone and thus can't be used with Cingular, T-Mobile, AT&T, or any other GSM provider. The only other companies you could POSSIBLY use it with would be Telus Mike (in Canada) and whoever the providers are in Israel, Palestine, and Jordan.

As for the lock - well, my friend, you're kind of screwed. You can call Nextel and see if they'll unlock it for you, but it may have to be flashed.
