Well, they did it in SPITE of the City of Glendale. There is now a C/T-M new tower at the corner of Honolulu and Ocean View, in Montrose, hidden in the clock tower on the old storefront owned by the Angelus Temple. Noticed it Christmas Eve when I was up at my office... all of a sudden I had full coverage.

There seems to be antennas in clock towers going up everywhere now. Sprint currently has at least 3 of them under construction in OC and LA County including a shared one with Cingular/T-Mobile in Walnut. They were supposed to have built another shared one in Cerritos at the Towne Center Walmart but both companies decided to scrap their plans for it a few months ago. Disappointing.
