I just switched to T-Mobile (from Verizon) and am getting very low signal strength at both my home and office (Highlands Ranch & South Tech Center area). Does anyone know of any plans for T-Mobile to improve service in this area?? I switched due to better phones and a better family type plan from T-Mobile. May have to cancel agreement if service is not going to be improved. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

jsh, T-Mobile, and several other carriers, are a known problem in Highlands Ranch. But the Tech Center has very good coverage, unless you are deep inside one of the buildings, or down at the bottom of the hill at Inverness. Based on that, I would have the phone checked. The last time I read about bad coverage in the Tech Center was when one of Qwest's sites went down and they didn't fix it for several weeks. -Bill |

Thanks for the response. I am down a hill just on the other side of I-25 from Inverness so maybe that's part of the problem. Even outside here the signal is typically very weak. Is there any way to find out about plans for installing new cell towers in the area? jsh |

jsh, It's not easy to get new site info unless you know the installing contractor. Here's what I would do: -Call T-Mobile CS and ask for the Denver business account office number. -Call and tell them you'd like to sign up your company, but you are getting bad service at the office. Is there any chance of a new site coming to the area? If not, I would seriously reconsider T-Mobile. Even Sprint has installed a bunch of new sites in The Ranch and Tech Center, but Verizon and AT&T are a slam dunk in both spots. -Bill |
