Hey guys. I posted this in the GENERAL forum as well. But, I know with T-Mobile and 'maybe' Sprint that if you are moving to another country that doesn't support your service, then they'll cancel your contract with no fee. Anyone know if Verizon also does this? Or all the carriers do this?? Just wondering..thanks! |

I've seen reports that mention that if you were involuntarily transferred out of country, this is the case. The one I know for sure is present is the military exemption: if you have to leave because you're with the military, you can cancel your service gratis.

exactly if u are in the military service you can cancel your service with verizon wireless for free provided you provide a copy of your transfer papers. if u are just moving out of the country because u want to or a job transfer that is for a company other than the military u have to own up to the term fees
