A friend is looking, and asked me -- but I don't live there! A quick ask-around indicated that Sprint and Verizon are the preferred carriers. Anyone with much experience in the valley? TIA brooke |

Verizon has worked the best for me from Desert Hot Spring, Palm Springs, Salton Sea, down to around the 8 by the border, and west to San Bernadino.

Brooke, I used AT&T, Sprint and Verizon, in town and east & west from AZ to L.A. and all 3 performed flawlessly in all locations. I didn't get into any large buildings, but I rarely had less than full scale signal everywhere along the main roads. -Bill |
