|  Free Treo 180 (but with Cingular required)
I got a coupon for a free Treo 180 for flying Virgin Atlantic to London. The catch is I have to sign a one-year contract with a provider, and Cingular is the only one in Southern California . I like the idea of a Palm device that can retrieve email - right now I use a Blackberry which is functional but the interface is terrible (and it's $49/mo) . And I also use a Nokia 8260 with ATT TDMA. That service has gotten progressively worse in SoCal, but friends with the ATT GPRS report much better service. So - should I get the Treo to replace the Blackberry with a cheap contract? Any experiences? TIA Charles Swartz cswartz@cswartz.com |
