When the swap with Dobson Cellular One is done, a big hole in the Northern California National Network plan will be filled.

They have only announced a "non-binding letter of understanding" This still needs to go thru regulators, etc.

I suspect that it will take years.

Since it's just a swap, I'd say 6 months to a year before licenses change hands, then anywhere from 0 to 6 months to integrate customers/network/billing/etc.
