Anyone have recommendations for purchasing phone and plans in the Bay Area through the smaller chinatown dealers (i.e., Irving Street, Clement, near Ranch 99, etc.)?

checked the archives and found:

19th and Lincoln (SF-Sunset) near Starbucks
22nd and Irving (SF-Sunset)
11th and Clement (SF-Richmond)

any more? I think there's some in Oakland Chinatown...
