I have to be honest, Apoc, I don't understand most of your sentence. Whose West Area? T-Mobile's? Cricket's? This third party's? What does 'local coverage' mean? Meaning their local (regional) plans suck? Or the coverage footprint? (If that's the case, this is certainly just the pot calling the kettle black...Cricket's not got a lot of footprint and they don't allow roaming.) Or perhaps it's coverage strength, and if so, in which areas? Whom did they poll? Cricket consumers who haven't complained much?

I suspect this is trolling, but can you give us more information?
