I've had this new phone for a few months now and it is awesome. I thought the T-Mobile deal for 3000 mins. was sweet but this one takes the cake. Right now I'm dropping $69.99/month and talking God knows how long. I'm even able to call my folks in Canada with my plan.......Not only that, but these guys are handing out $10 per referred sign up with them. Hey- I make $110 last month from just telling a few friends. I feel everybody ought to be paying less for the service. Check thesm out & switch carriers. I hated Sprint PCS anyhow. Their web site is www.1wireless.US-HQ.com |

Way too small of a coverage area. Jack

Why does this smell like an advertisement. It's posted in two other forums and written very much like an ad. But as everyone has noted in every reply to this thread, the coverage is EXTREMELY limited. |

The coverage on it is an absolute joke. And why would anyone advertise a very outdated (ugly) nokia phone for $100? I wouldnt even take that phone if it was for free.

I have to agree with the fact that the coverage areas are way to small for me.

Wouldn' t it be cheaper to go through MetroPCS, Cricket, NorthCoast, Qwest directly. I thought most of them had some sort of plan like that for 40 a month or so. At least you would have better phones to choose from. The only problem is that Cricket is on the brink of bankruptcy, Qwest is for sale, Northcoast will be purchased by Verizon most likely, and Metro PCS will probably be purchased by someone in the near future.

Cricket has a nice new plan out right now for local users that includes some long distance. It's called Cricket Talk and as usual you can make and receive unlimited local calls within the calling area but you also get 500 minutes of nationwide long distance with Voice Mail, Call Waiting, 3- Way Calling, and Caller ID included for $39.99 a month. Those service providers only offer local plans. I'm paying $69.99/mo. for nationwide calling. Can't roam outside of Northern Cali and make calls. Big deal. What I'm saying is that if you call out of state, use the phone alot and want to save a buck this plan is the way to go. If you travel and roam outside of the coverage areas alot get another plan. I still am locked in with Sprint but I dropped to their lowest plan just to keep from paying a cancellation fee. They work OK out of town but then again I hardly ever leave anyhow.
