Default Verizon in network calling

All of my in network calls are showing up as regular minutes at the verizon website. I know for a fact that all of the people I talk to have the same plan as me. Is there a dead spot in Boulder Colorado or something. I always have a 1x digital signal.

Let me guess, you've been a Verizon customer for less than a month. The usage on the web site will not be accurate until after your first billing period has ended. The first bill will be correct. This is typical. Relax and yak away.

Mine was like that too. It turned out to be just as Bill described. Looked off on the web the first month but billed out correctly, then after that the web was an accurate reflection...

I think it depends. Mine started showing up about 4 or 5 days in. I kept calling #646 every day until finally many of the minutes moved from the peak to the "in" category.

When my husband and I switched from a family plan to 2 individual plans, they didn't make the change in the computer. I realized this when I dialed #646 on his phone and didn't see a "IN" network listing...I called 611 and they told me they still had us on the family plan, although the CSR told me he had changed everything...furthermore, my husband was in NYC while I was in CA for a week and he was calling me thinking we had M2M, but really they charged his ANYTIME minutes...

The 611 CSR changed over everything and gave us a refund for the minutes overage (which shouldn't have been). I guess I'm saying keep an eye on your minutes usage using #646. If the minutes don't get readjusted, call VZW CSR to find out what's going on...ensure you got the plan you're supposed to be paying for.

Jodi is correct. Regardless of what we can say about CSR, they will credit you if you call immediately after getting your bill and explain any mistake on their part of a mistake on the type of plan chosen.
