My wife and I were at West Covina Mall last night and I was at one of the T-Mobile kioskes. I was telling the employees more about their coverage than even they knew and were standing there with their mouths hanging open. It was pretty funny.

Ya, you know, when I was sales (many many moons ago), it was required that you know your product inside and out. The 20-something year-olds they have working at these stores just barely know the equipment they are selling. They usually don't care but are friendly enough to want to sell you service.
