I'll be going to U of ID and want advise on what cel phone company to go with. Want to be able to call Montana and Alaska.

| tough one... I can only tell you what not to get: t-mobile charges for calls to Alaska... so I guess they are out of question. C. |

There is a list of all Idaho carriers at: Idaho Cellular Review ...and the only companies I can find in Moscow are AT&T and Inland Cellular. There may be others. AT&T would be your best bet as far as coverage, but you might also call Inland and ask what their LD charges are...they don't post if their free LD is good to AK. I bet they are. Their rates are pretty good, but they don't roam. |

I'd go with that Inland cellular, they have a great student package (i dont think you have to be a student to get it anyway though) Free incoming calls, unlimited n/w, LD to all 50 states, plus much more for only 30$ a month!! Free phone too! If you want to be able to use your phone back home though I'd go with ATT. But since you'll be at school alot I think Inland is the best choice.
