I was driving up US 395 in the eastern sierras california and had GSM coverage for most part of the trip, however when entering the town of Bishop, CA I lost signal until I was near Mammouth, CA. Any reason I get coverage in the rural part of US 395 and when I get into the largest town in the region I get no signal at all.

That's funny. I was in Bishop back in March and my friends Cingular phone worked just fine along Main St near the hotels. We were both surprised because just 4 months earlier there was no GSM coverage at all.

That is funny, since T-Mobile is using Cingular's towers.
