I have heard that both Verizonicon and Cellular One of SLO are both good choices, with Cell One being the best.

there's service there but i dont think you can buy it there. (is there anything at all in that lompoc slo area? =) )
Verizonicon att should be okay. some girl at school has cellular one and her home town is in santa maria, it should be fine.
i probably would stick around with big names like at&t/Verizonicon in that area.

While I have only spoken with a few users on the subject, Cellular One-SLO always gets top reviews, both by users, and non-users. Using C1-SLO is just like using AT&Ticon. You get similar rates, and all the same coverage.

The big advantage I hear is that their customer service is among the best, seemingly because they are locally-owned. i would have no reservations about joining C1-SLO, who, BTW, also ave exceelent local coverage.

Verizonicon is perfect for SLO...my entire 4 years down there, I never had a dropped call, and I almost always had full reception anywhere in the area - even with my crappy free phone. I think I got my phone and plan at the store off of MIll St...hope this helps!
