Anchorage and Fairbanks are now open for travlers! This might also be good news for Verizon users who can roam on SPCS as part of their plans.

Excellent! One of the reasons I first went for ATT was their Alaska coverage. I ditched them and was just going to have to pay roaming. Now if they will just move in to Sitka and Juneau that would be great.

Stay away from Sprint service sucks all around. ATT is best coverage in Alaska
