I have just realized that the voicestream website has been updated and the t-mobile retail locations are now online. This info has not been there a couple days ago.

In case anybody wants to go there monday and check them out

Just happened to be downtown by the Santa Monica store this afternoon. They were
busily stocking the half-full shelves and there was a sign on the door telling any
delivery person to knock loudly--they are there. Sure enough, there was a UPS guy,
knocking on the door. I couldn't bust in to snag any brochures to confirm any of the
rumors posted about rate plans, though. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] The only information about when they would
open was a sign that said that it woudl be "soon."

What's new on the VoiceStream site? I was just looking over it and it looks exactly the same to me.

I see NOTHING for California/Nevada

Click on the link that directs you to finding a retail location. If you choose the state of California, you will see all the planned locations. I doubt all those stores will be open Monday. The only store I have physically seen is Redondo Beach and I think I saw the future Palo Alto store last month.

Only the premier and corporate store are online...the other several 1000s sub-dealers are not.

Every time I have looked at the VoiceStream WebSite today (Sunday July 14) you can see they are changing it on the fly. If you go to Rate Plans the map now has California and Nevada colored blue, so you can click on them to get information on those locations. Earlier today you could not do that. I guess they are getting it all ready for tomorrow, with the official launch into those 2 states. This is using the www.voicestream.com address.
