Anyone who is going to start service with Sprint should consider activating online at:

http://activate.sprintpcs.com.

The $35 activation fee is waived plus you get a $10 service credit for doing so, even for exsisting customers wanting to upgrade. It's very quick and easy. I wonder if other carriers have this type of program.

I got a $10 credit, but where does it say that you get the $34.99 activation fee waived? If that's true, I didn't get it!

oops. I forgot to mention that you have to be an exsisting customer who's replacing their old phone with a new model to get that fee waived. Otherwise if you're activating with a new phone number you still have to pay the fee.

You still get a $10 credit, even if you are an existing customer replacing a phone? That's pretty good, I guess Sprint will do anything to make it so you don't call them!
