Blew out AT&T....this is a good one folks.....

I called the Fraud department of AT & T today after I got my money back for a Blackberry and a SonyEricsson wireless internet card.

They had locked my account when I was in Asia...and they said to me that they callled the number and no one answered....I asked what time did you call and she said 12:41pm PDT.....I said that was (and they had on record that I made calls from Singapore) 3:41am in Asia and maybe my phone was turned off....she said they do not leave voice mail.

So I said you cancelled me and that was too bad and then she asked if I wanted her to turn the account back on...I will not write here what i said to her before I hung up.

Went to T-Mobile and got a blackberry and they put in writing that I have an extended trial period so I can get a 7700 series Blackberry when they come out within the month so i can have the latest and greatest.....

The champs at T-Mobile vs. the chumps at A T & T ....the trial is over.....and besides lousy service the have an attitude.

One more thing, in the T-Mobile store they even admitted that in my area Verizon had the best coverage but of course I cannot use them Internationally...and the rep showed me his 2 phones....T-Mobile and Verizon....now that is a straight shooter....and one that I like doing business with.

I like that ending. We all meet, opportunistic people, who will do anything to further their own ends. Yet, others are really "straight shooters", that will win out in the end.
