I have picked up analog and some digital on southern end of Anacapa, I remember picking analog also on the northeast end of Santa Rosa. There should be no coverage on the west sides of the islands. My coverage was with Verizon. Unless I am wrong, there are no cell sites on the islands. I would figure 850mhz would give you the most coverage.
