AT&T wins long battle with Carlsbad (San Diego) AT&T
has won a court ruling over the NIMBY filled city of Carlsbad. This battle actually dates back to when GTE owned the system there. But now the city has said they will appeal the court's decision!

To make things even more interesting, last night Sprint had a hearing before the city to see if they would allow another antenna in a different part of the city. I'm still trying to find out the result of that meeting and will post as soon as I do.
