Default Verizon local prefixes not blocked when using USCC in Lake, Mendo Co's

I just found this out today, Verizon users in Lake and Mendocino Counties here in Nor Cal are no longer blocked when trying to make calls while roaming on US Cellular in the two counties, as you may have read from me earlier, Verizon users with local prefixes had for quite a while been blocked when trying to make calls while roaming on US Cellular in their home market of Lake and Mendocino Counties. There are two prefixes for this market, 707-367 and 707-972. Perhaps my letters to the executive office, the CA attorney general and the PUC helped, who knows, but it is a step of progress for Verizon in this area.

Is USCC extended network there or roaming?

It's roaming, but Local Digital Choice users and Single Rate National users don't pay roaming or ld, only America's Choice is charged to use them here. USCC's SID here in 1075, the rest of their markets in CA use SID 1059. I understand that USCC is considered Extended in the rest of their California Markets, SID 1059, like Eureka, Yreka, Weed, Susanville and Chester.
