    North Dakota PCS? Do you mean Northern PCS that opperates between Grand Forks and Fargo? If so they are still there.

    I'm sorry, I had a brain there. Northern PCS is the outfit that built out Sprinticon's network in rural MN. They are owned by the same parent company as CMS in St. Cloud MN. Wireless North is the company I was thinking of that covers a small area from Grand Forks to Fargo and also I think in the Duluth MN area.
