Its a wonder why carriers dont offer unlimited text messaging plans, it would seem like more people would sign up and pay 10 bucks for it, i would. Especially since it costs carriers next to nothing to have a text message sent through their system. The only carrier that offers unlimited sms right now is T-Mobileicon, its a shame. And if you want to talk about pricy, ATTicon charges 4.99 for only 100 messages!

Crickets calling areas are so small, I wouldn't even consider them, not to mention the fact they don't cover where I live, nor most of California.

10 cents is an insane amount to chargeicon for a message considering it costs next to nothing for the carrier. Come on carriers! offer unlimited text messaging! Accually i think when most carriers first started offering text messaging for awhile they had unlimited text for about 5 dollars. One of my friends still has unlimited texts for 4.95 with US Cellular from a long time ago, i wish i could get that deal.

SunCom offers Unlimited Text messaging for $4.95 a month. T-Mobileicon also offers buddytime which gives you unlimited MTM Minutes and Unlimited Text messaging for only $10 extra a month.

Those are the only 2 carriers I know of that offer unlimited messaging.

Alltell does too, but geez does anyone know somewhere where they have coverage? lol. Also, Cricketicon does too, but not being able to use my phone outside my local calling area, eek. Qwest does too but I want a good phone and possibly nationwide.

Alltell actually covers quite a huge chunk of the US.
