Default Question about Verizon plan

A couple of weeks ago I changed my Verizon plan to the $29.95 one and was told I would receive 1000 night and weekend minutes as long as I was on the plan. Today I received a confirmation letter but it states:

1000 Night and Weekend 1Y

Does the 1y mean I have these minutes for only 1 year??

Default Question about Verizon plan

Jay,
Yes, it appears it expires in a year. If you call CS you might get some 'adjustments.' They might throw in an additional year, or maybe a smaller number of minutes 'for life.' Since you relied on this information to sign up for service, you should press the issue...possibly threaten to cancel. And you just might get a better deal if you do start over.

Default Question about Verizon plan

I am just wondering if it could be a billing error. When I was put on there new billing system in CA I has nothing but problems, wrong amount of minutes, no bonus minutes, etc. CS should be able to fix it quickly, Good luck!

Default Question about Verizon plan

Verizon on the phone-98% of the people are helpful and awesome. 1% of the people do not know what the heck they are talking about, and the other 1% are just mean. I believe you should have unlimited, im probably wrong, but i thought all phones came with that.
