Default Sprint Messaging Problem. Help Please.

I just got my Sprint service yesterday. Everything is working fine, except for the messaging. We have a family plan, and for some reason, we cannot send and receive messages (short mail) from each other (the four phones in the family plan). We are able to send and receive short mail from other people except that we don't get the notification that we have a new short mail. I actually have to open my inbox every once in a while just to check if I have a new message. Anyone know how to solve this? Thank you.

P.S. My brother tried using the WEB right after the phone was activated. I don't know if this is related to the problem, but i'm guessing it is. Please Help. thanks.

Default Sprint Messaging Problem. Help Please.

I hear you're supposed to wait up to 48 hrs. before using the web after activation so that the phone can be fully provisioned. But I don't know if it is related to this short mail problem you describe.

FlipGuy - Larry is right. The sales person should of told you to not use PCS & Short Mail for a couple of days, As your phone need to be provisioned. Vision should start working a few hours after activation, but it could take up to a day to start working. If your phones don't work correctly by tomorrow night. You will need to call CS to help you fix the problem.

Default Sprint Messaging Problem. Help Please.

My Phone's been fixed! I just had to call the 1 866 number for the 3G services thing. I'm really enjoying my N400 and the Sprint Service. .. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews of the N400.. Good thing I listened to my instincts.. hehe.

yeah the n400 is a great phone, awesome for business people.
i canimagine it gets bad reviews because of its not so bright screen, they pumped up the contrast a lil too much.. and the sensitive flip style speaker, but other than that, its a good good phone

Default Sprint Messaging Problem. Help Please.

Never had a N400, but the problems with the phone was due to software bugs that made the phone freeze up & have problems with the browser.
