What are the requirements for working at a SprintPCS Express store? There's one near my school and I would like to get a job this summer and before I apply I would like to know what I already need:

1. Experience
2. Age
3. Other reqs.

So apparently Sprint has service in Dewey eh? Very cool, doesn't look big enough for Sprint to have native coverage, but it seems that they are expanding more all the time!

Age, you probably have to be 18. Prior sales experience would probably be a plus and put you ahead of other applicants, but I am not sure that they require it. The way I see it, apply for the job. If you don't get it oh well, but if you do that's great.

Yes, Dewey is a small town. But I don't work nor go to school there. Besides sleeping and eating at home... most of my life is lived in Prescott Valley

. And I don't have Sprint I have AT&T GSM and they have almost full coverage (4/5 bars I think) at my house in Dewey and full coverage in Prescott valley. Sprint gets 3/5 in Dewey and full in Prescott Valley.

Like Anthro said, sales experience is always a plus especially in a retail enviornment. They like to see you have worked in a field where you either met or exceeded quotas. If not, at least have the personality which shows you are good with people and are agressive enough to push enhanced services which they like a lot. It is not a job for the shy or introverted. Become familiar with Sprints policies, products, and lingo and you will shine throughout the interview. Check out their webiste and post an online resume. I'd follow up with phone calls to any of their locations nearest to you and ask for any openings. Hope you get it. Good luck.
