Does anyone know of a Verizon dealer in Phoenix who can update the 2235 firmware to version 1.0.52 or newer? I can't locate any who know what I'm talking about. All they know how to do is dial *228.

Try calling the Verizon store in Arizona Mills. There was another one somewhere on Camelback I think, but that was over a year ago, so I cannot fully remember.
